2004 - CK3100 LCD, CK3300, CK3500 introductions.
2003 - DriveBlue Full Duplex introduction, first Bluetooth® wireless
technology hands-free kit requiring no installation. Drive Blue Full Duplex
benefits from all previous developments in the fields of microelectronics,
signal-processing algorithms and hands-free functions.
2002 - Development of the CK3000 distribution network in 35 countries. The
automakers, carriers and accessory manufacturers make the CK3000 the most
widely-distributed Bluetooth® wireless technology hands-free.
Development of the CK4000 in partnership with Siemens-VDO. The CK4000 uses
the car's multifunctional screen to display information, and supplies the
mobile phone with an external antenna and a battery charger. It is available
in Peugeot 607 vehicles since June 2003.
2001 - Development of the CK3000, a hands-free kit with speech recognition
and Bluetooth® wireless technology technology. The phone bracket is no
longer needed, and the mobile is fully controlled by radio link.
2000 - The CK2000, first universal handsfree system on the market is now
sold through car dealerships across Europe.
1999 - Introduction of the CK28, first hands-free kit with voice recognition.
The VoiceMate replaces the Parrot+ Voice Organizer, featuring for the first
time a Parrot3 chipset.
1998 - Development of the Parrot3 chipset, an ASIC with a DSP core designed
for optimized voice applications in mobile handheld devices.
1997 - Introduction of the Parrot+ Voice Recognition Organizer, successor
to the original Parrot voice agenda, and specifically intended for
visually-impaired community. First OEM contact signed with one of the leading
companies in the telephone industry.
1996 - Formulation of the universal hands-free voice recognition kit, with
knowledge acquired from its electronic agenda.
1995 - Launch of the Parrot Voice Recognition Organizer, first handheld product
in the world to offer accurate voice recognition.
1994 - Founding of Parrot. Development work on signal processing algorithms. |
